What it is
The Q1 is the Quantic Nanotech electronic glove, the product the rest of the catalogue is built around. It brings three stimuli together in the same session: dry heat spread across the hand, mechanical micro-pulses and vibration.
How to use it
It runs on a single button and has three preset programmes, meant for use at home without help: two sessions of about 20 minutes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The internal lithium-ion battery covers several sessions per charge and tops up with a magnetic snap-on cable, which clicks into place without having to line up the connector.
What is included
The box holds the pair of gloves, the carry case, the charger with its cable, the cotton liner gloves and the manual. It is made in sizes S, M, L and XL, so the size has to be picked when the order is placed.
Patent and awards
The system is patented in several countries (WO2017032910A1) and has received the Gold Medal at the 2023 Geneva Exhibition of Inventions and the 2025 Global 100 award for the most innovative digital health product.
The pilot study
In December 2022, at the congress of the Rheumatology Society of the Community of Madrid (SORCOM), the preliminary results of the first open, multicentre pilot study of the electronic gloves were presented. It was run in people with symptomatic osteoarthritis of the interphalangeal joints of the hand, with two fifteen-minute sessions a day at home. According to those preliminary results, at 60 days of observation an improvement was recorded in pain measured by VAS, in functional capacity and in morning stiffness, together with a reduction in analgesic medication, and tolerance and adherence were excellent. It is designed for hand comfort.
