What it is
The R0 is the smallest device in the catalogue and it looks after a single joint: the base of the thumb. It adds three stimuli in the same session, heat, vibration and infrared light, and its format lets you aim them right at the point where the thumb rests, without wrapping the whole hand.
How to use it
It brings several programmes, some for massage and some for light, with a selector to raise or lower the level of each one, and no menus or app in between. Each session lasts about 20 minutes; the manufacturer suggests two a day, on getting up and before going to bed, although it can be repeated whenever you feel like it. It runs on a rechargeable battery, so a single charge covers several sessions.
